Shawn went above and beyond any expectations that I had, he was very informative throughout the whole process and was very easy to communicate with,the quality of work that was done was top notch! The repair shop personnel were very professional and friendly. I brought my vehicle in on Monday and they said it repairs should be done by Friday. I got a call on Thursday that my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Left seat belt buckles for rear seat all 3 were left un bolted and in the the front seats pouches. Truck had 200 miles of gas returned with only 26 miles left. Wrap on front hood scoop damaged from their detail chemicals.

I’ve used Solesbee since I moved to Brea 20 years ago but the communication between me and the assigned person has gotten worse this last few repairs. The turnover of personnel is concerning that is why I tried Caliber this time. This first repair with Caliber was great.
