At first I was told 5 days, drop off Monday pick up Friday. When I scheduled for June 29th drop off (dropped off Sunday June 28th) I was never informed this location would be closed Friday, July 3rd. I was updated Wednesday, July 1st, that the car would not be ready until Wednesday, July 8th. This was now double the time originally anticipated. I made arrangements to be without the car for 5 days not 10 days. David spoke with the repair team and they worked hard to get it done by Thursday July 2nd before they closed for the holiday weekend.
