I cannot say enough about the fantastic staff at Caliber Collision in Brook Park! Jessica was so nice and kept us well informed throughout our repairs; she really went above and beyond! From the front office to the techs in the shop, I even met Bri and Ryan in parts and detail. And that nice old lady at the front desk was so friendly, I may just have to ask her to dinner. What a terrific team you all have! I would definitely recommend this Caliber shop to anyone.

Jeff did a fantastic job with my repairs! The passenger side of our truck looks brand new, I don't even know how he did that. You wouldn't even know it was ever damaged. The repairs are absolutely perfect. Incredible. And the paint job is perfect too. I appreciate Jeff and Hector's hard work. I am sure there are more people who also had a hand in helping with the repairs; we want to thank them all!

Jessica was amazing. She walked us through everything from start to finish, taking care to address every concern or question we had. She is an incredible asset to your team. Everyone is so friendly and warm. They have a great working relationship; you can see it in the way they all communicate from the time you drop your car off to the time you pick it up.

My jeep was done within a week. They kept me updated every day on the progress of the repairs. When I went to pick it up, it looked like it was never in an accident. It was so flawless.

Great customer service, kept me informed the whole time and finished the car earlier than expected. Only complaint is that I wish they gave me a little more notice on when the car would be completed. I had to drop everything to run and pick the car up

I appreciated the way I was kept informed of the progress Caiber was making in getting my car restored. They let me know when it was going to be delayed, then surprised me by getting it done earlier. My car looks brand new again!
