I’m newer to this area and have never dealt with a collision shop around here and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at caliber! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I worked with Kate and Larry and I couldn’t have been blessed with better people to work with. Kate was extremely helpful during the process of my car being repaired. She updated me multiple times on the progress of my repairs and made such a stressful moment in my life (car being damaged due to hitting a deer) become such a breeze to deal with. Larry was extremely helpful and supportive and went into great detail of my repairs and also finish my car 10 days earlier than expected! I would highly recommend Caliber collision to any and everyone for their collision needs! I couldn’t have been more happier with my experience here!!!!

dissatisfaction is with the repair how the front bumper is not fitting. Chuck did explain it’s a aftermarket bumper . He did say for us to call the insurance company to see if they can give permission to order the original front bumper so if can fit better how it’s suppose to. I did contact them now waiting for a response

I have had three SUV's repaired at Caliber Collision. They do an amazing job with the repairs and especially the color matches. The Staff if very friendly and they keep you informed about what is going on. This last repair was a bit of a challenge for Caliber only because the supplier was on back order for a couple of months for a part that was needed. Once that part came in they were so excited for me! They got in touch with me and scheduled the repair work right away and they kept with the allotted time scheduled. When we picked up our vehicle it looked as if it were a brand new vehicle. They detailed it inside and out. My Husband was not only happy to have his vehicle back but he was so amazed about how beautiful the SUV looked inside and out. I on the other hand would not have expected anything less. Thank you Caliber Collision and to my Buddy Charles "Chuck" Hall!
