Picked up 9-3. The paint on the inside of the door is rough and should have never been scheduled for release. It's going back tomorrow.

Car is back at the collision center. The door needs work. The inside was rough, there was a flaw on the edge of the door where it sits flush with the car and one of the seams were not right. I told them the car should have never been released.

The best part of the process was my estimator, Jessica B., who was patient, listened to all my concerns, and answered all my questions while also being quick, efficient, and making the whole process super easy for me. She kept me up to date and was proactive by anticipating my needs. I received the car back a whole weekend earlier than I expected. I was thrilled to get back in my car in such great shape!
