Steps after a car accident can be very stressful. However, those at Caliber Collision took care of everything and took that burden off my plate. Upon first introduction I knew I was in good hands. Adam walked me through the steps that would be taken and timelines. What I appreciated most were the follow-up phone calls to let me know their progress (completing assessment, parts are in, maintenance, and final checks, etc). Thank you for being proactive and transparent!

There were a few issues after we drove it home. I’m Thinking that could’ve been prevented. Caused a pretty stressful drive home for my sister. If it was test drove I’m thinking this could have been avoided. Michael Kaipis was by far the most thorough and supportive team member you have. Immin Korea and trying to manage this. He quickly gave me weekly at times updates.

Service was great! I was quoted a weeks time for repairs but they got the job done in 4 days. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I know where to go.
