They fixed the damage but caused another issue with the vehicle’s cameras. When asked to fix it, they agreed to look at it. They said an error code was there for a camera area they did not work on. The error code was suddenly there when we dropped off the vehicle, yet the cameras were working when we dropped it off and we were never told about an error code when we dropped it off, during any communication during service, nor at pick up. We were told about a recall during pick up though. Seems strange to tell about one issue and not another.

It was no contest, the BEST experience!! From the moment that first message was sent until my tires rolled out of the parking lot headed home, it's been a GREAT experience. Pleasant interactions with everyone I spoke with, clear and frequent communications of updates during the repair process. The time of repair felt minimal and I had my van back sooner than expected. They even have a great coffee station with good creamer choices and not that powdered nonsense. I HIGHLY recommend Caliber for all auto repair needs. The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
