When the vehicle was picked up it made a loud popping noise. Had to return for additional repair. The people were very kind and kept us updated with repair information. Only frustration came from having to return to get it corrected.

Took the hood out of the car and it had chips on both sides where someone tried to install it and just shut the hood without checking the alignment. I loosened a couple of bolts and had it aligned and closed fine.

Nice people, kept me informed regarding status of repair every couple days, done before initial estimate. Just picked up car- I dont expect any problems. But if there are, I trust that Caliber will resolve any issues. Highly recommend them.
