The only complaint is my car was left with dust on the inside when I brought it in, it was clean & not dusty. It could have been wiped off when it was finished & given back to me.

I got my car back dirty & dust all over my dashboard, it wasn’t dirty when I took it yell there at all. It would have been nice if the mess was cleaned up before getting my car back to me.

You did not get the correct Toyota Badge on the front of the truck, you did not adjust the fog lamps so they can be used, and I had to have them correct the alinement of the hood before I took the truck home.

Your customer service was not informative about the delay in finishing my vehicle. They just told me "we hope the part comes in next week" and I was told that for 4 weeks running. I called the local Toyota dealer they told me the part was on a national backorder with no ETA of any coming in. That made me understand the delay NOT your customer service rep.

My insurance company is partnered with Caliber Collision. I was able to file the accident claim online. I was contacted by Caliber within minutes for an estimate appointment. The repair was scheduled to begin two days later. The rental company met me at Caliber when I dropped my vehicle off. I was contacted every day with updates on the repair process. My vehicle was ready on the day they said it would be. It looks brand new! Everyone was so professional and friendly. I left the rental at Caliber and they handled the return. Being in an accident is a terrible ordeal, but the process of the repair was amazingly streamlined. Every employee i encountered was so friendly and professional. I am so grateful. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collison.
