The repair service was excellent—from the attention at check‑in, to the updates on the repair status, the quality of the work, and the fact that it was completed earlier than expected. I also really appreciated their understanding in allowing me to leave my car there for a few extra days after the repair was finished.

Could not get Caliber Shop to communicate with the insurance company. I spent many hours talking to the insurance and to the Caliber Shop to resolve an issue. As such, I was without a vehicle for several days waiting for Caliber to talk to the Insurance Company. When I asked them, they stated that they had provided all the information to the insurance company. When I talked to the insurance company, they stated that they were waiting on a call from the Caliber Shop? Why did I have to get so involved? Also, my vehicle was extremely dirty and water spotted, even on the interior after I received it. Not happy at all. Will not use Caliber again, and will definitely not recommend them to anyone!
