Had to remove all panels on back hatch. Bolts laying inside that were not installed and loose bolts. Creating loud rattling sounds. Not very happy I had to do this work after paying to have it done.

My accident happened a few hours north of my home town and went directly to a caliber shop there. When it was finished, 2 weeks ahead of schedule they were nice enough to transport my truck all the way to my hometown saving me a day of retrieving it! That’s customer service at its finest and they didn’t charge me at all for the transport. Very pleased with the service, they kept me up to date every few days for the 6 weeks it was being repaired. Also it was almost a total loss at close to 40k in damage and they fixed it all ahead of schedule by weeks. Highly recommend
