I've had two other very good experiences with Caliber, despite the paint job on this experience being sub-par. I am still likely to recommend Caliber to others, but potentially not black vehicles or brand new vehicles.

Black vehicle SUV, rear bummer was re-painted, but there is a smudge that is permanent in the paint. Small and likely not noticed by anyone than owners, but still unacceptable, especially on a fairly new vehicle.

The work wasn’t completed and they had me sign the paperwork before they showed me the car so we didn’t know it and now my insurance company has sent me something saying the work is finished and no one has called me back from your company. Besides, I don’t know how these little dings were missed because they were circled with green ink and we discussed it clearly so now I’ll be inconvenienced to have to come back and deal with this whole circle again.
