My recent experience with Caliber Collision was better than what I could have imagined. At a time I was stressed due to being hit by another car, they made me feel at ease. Initially, we went over my car. Cassidy explained everything to me, the good and the bad. While my car was with them, I received communication daily, whether it was through text or a call. These are things I need when going through a stressful time. When it came time to pick up, even prior to pick up, they made sure I was completely satisfied with what had been done. I highly recommend this company.

I had more than a great experience with Caliber in Brownsburg. The staff were very compassionate during a stressful time for me. I had daily communication with the shop on the status of my car. Each person I spoke with had no problem answering my questions and explaining things further. I highly recommend this shop.

We asked for an estimate to also touch up a door ding on the side door- the person circled the door and told us they would send us an estimate, we never got an estimate so assumed it would have been taken care of, it was not. Also, our car smells like a barn yard now- where in the world did this smell come from? Not a pleasant smell in our car that is less than a year old

As I awaited my vehicle completion, I had to remind myself that I asked for manufactured parts as to why it took Longer than I anticipated. Although, for whatever reason, we waited on a part they had to reorder. 🤷🏼♀️They still were able to get it completed before the weekend…
