Was able to get my truck completed quicker than anticipated. That was a nice surprise giving the initial quoted time of completion. My truck came back looking just like the day I drove off the lot.

The lack of communication from the Onion creek location has soured my experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It should not be on me to keep checks and balances on my car’s repair progress and knowing where my car is (when i was not told it was transfered).

There was a lack of communication from the Caliber Collision Onion Creek location regarding my car being transfered to a different location for repairs. My service member at Onion Creek, Guillermo, failed to communicate with me about this and gave the Buda location the wrong contact info for me.

Very dissatisfied. The initial repair work was not completed properly and required rework. In addition, some repairs were missed altogether, which caused further delays and inconvenience.

Sloppy repair work. Wouldn't repair scratches that weren't there beforehand.

Initial inspection of damage missed the back of the vehicle. Therefore, not all the damages were repaired. Caliber said it was not part of the incident. How would they know? They weren't there! A car can be damaged in several places during the same incident. If not part of the incident, then, the scratch occurred while at Caliber as the scratch is fresh and I did NOT have that scratch prior. The paint job was sloppy. When I came to pick up the car, I had to point out a couple issues with the paint job. Then, I had to wait several days for the fix. I had to renew my auto rental for 3 more days. Incomplete inspection, poor body paint job, no compensation for rental... Extremely disappointed by my experience!! Surprising as Caliber had good reviews.

Incomplete inspection. Inspection was only completed on the front focusing on the bumper. The back of the vehicle was covered in mud but I did not want to take my vehicle through a car wash as it may have exacerbated the damage. He should have inspected the entire vehicle while the vehicle was clean.
