Never received a call back to get my right side door badge put on. All parts seem to have been installed correctly though

During the repair i was kept in the loop and felt happy with the service and would have rated this a 10, but my door badge had not come in when i picked up my vehicle and i was told i would be informed when it did so i could come and they could slap it on. I have not received a call or email and have reached out 3 times since 11/22
