Everything was fine but the receptionist needs to be nicer and straight forward If she isn’t allowed to do something she needs to say that and not tell me and say she is going to call back and not have me waiting 2 weeks which she never called me back That was upsetting but she could’ve just said u need to make an appointment for that so they can give u answers and we would’ve made an appointment I will recommend family and friends. The work that was done was amazing thank you to the workers who worked on my vehicle.

Such great job with the workers in the back who worked on our truck. The receptionist in the front who is bilingual wasn’t helpful at all she was very rude didn’t answer any questions I had she said she would communicate with my insurance if I gave her the email, so I give her my insurance and she said she was going to get in touch with them and 2 weeks went by and never did she call me back so I called again and she said she wasnt suppose to get in contact with my insurance. She could’ve told me to set an appointment for that and also shouldn’t have wasted my time telling me she could do something and not do it to beguin with. It took a while to schedule an appointment and talk with someone who could actually explain the process. Other than that collider collision returned my vehicle in good condition the work that got done looks good thankful it was able to get fixed

It would have been ideal to receive the vehicle back without any concerns. They're making good on all of my concerns and working well with me however this extra time needed to resolve final issues is certainly costly

Small concern with panel alignment, small instance of exterior not being cleaned after work completion, and small concern with the front end alignment performed. Other than that the repairs and paint were excellent
