I was told I was gonna get a new bumper and I did not

Receptionist was great. Charles is the guy that was helping me led me to believe the cost of the new bumper insured me that I was going to get a new bumper and when I picked up my vehicle, it was not a new bumper never informed me that the insurance was not gonna pay for a new bumper never informed me in anyway that the cost has changed so I could have done this repair somewhere else on my own instead I paid my deductible $1000 which was not even worth paying because I was led to believe that it was gonna cost almost $1800 so I’m not happy with this at all

I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience but just wasn’t don’t with time the first go round

First job that was done was not acceptable looked very rushed with a good size paint run, so had to leave my vehicle longer than expected but the second time it was done better. Erik had great customer service and wanted to make sure I was pleased. All were friendly but it was disappointing the first time around but they took an extra 3 days to correct the mistakes.

They were great with communication anytime I had any questions regarding anything. They had an answer for me. They more than accommodating for my daughter as she came in to pick up the vehicle and return her rental.
