Entering the shop, I was greeted by Jordan Boodhoo. You couldn't have a better person on the front desk. Courteous, knowledgeable, quick to act. A great representative for setting a first impression. My repairs were coordinated by the GM, Natea Welch. Such a joy to work with. Positive demeanor, great with communicating, very detail-oriented. I could not have felt better about my experience. Based on my interactions with those two employees specifically, I would certainly come there for any future repairs, and I would gladly recommend the shop to any friends who might need repairs.

I submitted feedback yesterday; however, to reiterate. In my opinion as a driver for over 40 years, my experience with Jordan Boodhoo as the first impression at the front desk, and Natea Welch as my POC for the estimate and repairs, was as good or better than any I have had at other repair facilities. First-class! I will return if I need repairs in the future, and will definitely recommend the shop to any of my friends in the area who might need repairs.
