Such a great experience the whole way through! I appreciated the text message updates and the voicemails letting me know what was done to my car that day and the updates of the percentage or completion. I have recommended several people saying if they need to have repairs done, this is the place to do it

The service was AMAZING and beautifully done. My car looks fantastic! Also impressed by the courtesy of all the staff, who went to great pains to explain the whole process to me. Communication was excellent--a daily update, which was truly appreciated. I felt that my car was in good hands--and I was not disappointed! Absolutely! Xcellent customer service by Andy & Sabrina. My car was ready in just 2 days! Just one thing- all the follow-up calls & texts is too much. I got a text for survey at 6:02am on a Saturday morning & was not happy about that.

Everything went went well except the communication. I asked the repair provide updates or communicate directly with my wife and also ensure they had her phone number 3 times. I don't have access to my phone during the day and she was the one dropping off and picking up the car. She also passed on the same instructions when she dropped the car off and talked to the insurance company. These instructions were not followed.

I kept asking them to communicate with my wife as should would be dropping off, picking up, and paying for the car. I also do not have access to my phone. I asked three separate times and place them her contact info. They agreed but didn't follow the instructions.
