I was very confused with how I was going to pick up my car. I felt like I had to rush and my husband even took a few hours off from work before I was told that you would come and pick me up. If I had known that from the beginning then I would not have rushed to have the car finished on Friday. I would have had you pick me up on Monday morning when I had more time. I think you should explain all options to your customers up front, not wait until they ask or have thei.r husbands take off from work

Again, it all goes back to the color matching.

Not knowing the rest of the questions, not real happy with the color matching. Body work is fine on the bumper and tail hatch, however, they used a darker shade of color. No there is not a difference due to "sun fading." The car is garaged and is only 4 years old.
