it was OK. they billed my son for his deductable and he felt like he needed to pay it to get his car back even though he was told by our agent that he wouldn't have to cover that cost. He had to make return trip to get reimbursed. He wasn't at fault fir the accident. Your CS folks corrected their error.pp

I asked specifically to have all communication by my cell phone yet all messages were left on my home phone which caused me to have to rush around to pick up my car. Also after I had picked up my car I got a text message saying the work had started and you would see me in 12 days. Please work on your attention to detail. The actual work looks great.
