I was quoted a 5 day turn around for a small bumper fix so I planned accordingly with a trip. When I went to drop my car off, the guy helping me that day said it would be 3 days, but I would be out of town with the rental and wouldn’t be able to pick up my car and return the rental. The boss came out and said they’d push my car up the line as a priority and did a one day turn around..and the repair looks great. Great customer service. Easy process dealing with insurance and the rental car company.
