My car looks great and my agent was in contact with me every step of the process. I was kind of unsure about taking my car there, but I’m sure glad I did because they did great job. Great communication. I would definitely go back or recommend them to somebody else.

Had an issue with the seatbelt after I picked up my car and I brought it back and it was taken care of immediately and it was repaired. I am very happy with the work done on the vehicle from the original damaged sustained by the object hitting our car to the correction of the seatbelt issue thank you.

My paint job looks better than it did before! I bought this car off a private seller, and it was clear it had been in an accident prior as you could see where the paint had been repaired very clearly and it did not match. It matches completely now and you could never tell anything ever happened including the accident that I got into.

As a mom, it is not just about how well the service was completed, but also how I as the customer am treated through the process. Your staff was nothing but friendly to me throughout the entire process, and I believe the guy who took care of me primarily was named Kyle? If I’m getting that wrong, I am so sorry. He was more than just helpful with what was going on with my car. I had to pick up my car when it was done all by myself with my one year old, and as you can imagine, my hands were pretty full. He was helping me carry things, and also even went as far to notice that my son was looking a little Rosie and the cheeks because it was pretty hot outside that day and took his sippy cup and refilled it with water. That’s not just customer service, that is humanity in my eyes and that will go way further with me than any paint job whether it looks good or not. Not that I ever want to have to go through the process of getting my car repaired again, but if by some chance I do, this is where I will be coming.
