Nomberto was great. Not only was he polite but more importantly, he was professional. He took great care to understand the problems but was great in communicating the latest updates. The car repair took longer than expected but Nomberto was great in keeping me in the loop. I also want to express my gratitude to your company for getting me a rental car when the repair took longer. You were not required to do so. But your willingness to do tells me that you care about your customers. Great job guys.
