This is a horrible survey interface. My comment was lost when editing! Customer service is low because they said they offered a shuttle service within 10 miles. When I called to ask a ride from a nearby city they told me they couldn't pick me up there since it was too far. (I checked the map and it was within 10 miles.) Though after asking a few more times for a slightly different location, they agreed to pick me up.
