The employees were rude to my wife when she picked up the car. They seemed really put out because a form had not been signed & returned to them as promptly as the desired. That may have been my fault, still I don't understand why they needed to be rude. Mark Williams

There's over spray on my truck. The paint looks as though there is orange peel. The insurance was charged for an alignment my isn't aligned! This repair is mediocre at best!

For most of the repair, I was half way around the world on a 15 hour time difference. Karl was not deterred by that, and was extremely responsive despite the challenges of a massive time difference and communicating so far away.
