Caliber Collision estimator Karl Sanders was extremely professional and knowledgable. He is very much a peoples person. The staff kept me updated about the progress of the repairs through emails and phone contact and the repair was top quality. The car I needed repair on was a Certified preowned bmw 128i which was basically in mint condition. The car looks exactly how it looked like prior to the accident. The auto body repair and paint job were excellent, top quality. I will refer people to this body shop in the future.
