Good and prompt service. Technician took time to explain what parts were changed ..etc Phone rep who called me did not seem to understand the urgency , she was going to setup a meeting the following Monday but I drove in the same day and the repair was done the same week friday. Obviously some problems with the person fixing appointments - not connected to reality.
