First off and my biggest unsatisfaction of all is that the repairs were not all completed the way I was told they would be. Second of all, I was told even though my vehicle was ready I could not pick it up because proof of payment hadn't been released by AAA. One- that's not my problem, if it was my problem, I should have been warned PRIOR to leaving my vehicle that that's what the situation was; since they already knew that the payment hadn't been released. Lastly, I didn't sign the right paperwork upon picking up my vehicle and I was asked to return. I thought CC was top notch service, I see it as otherwise and would not trust Caliber with my vehicle or my service again to say the least. [email protected]

You guys are wonderful and very customer oriented and service conscious! From the day I walked in for the estimate till I collected my car after the repair has been awsome!
