Nicholas, my service advisor was awesome. Totally professional and he saved me money and totally looked out after me and made sure I was taken care of and the work as usual was five star as well. Through my experienced the staff are very kind, they always updating about my car , the job that they did is well done and it was perfect match the original color. It gives you a lifetime warranty and very good service. The rent a car they take care of it and I dont need to take it back to the Enterprise place and definitely I would recommend this company . The repair was done nicely but I am still waiting on Caliber Collision to let me know when they get the last two parts in to put on my car. So the car is still unfinished.

Nicolas and Luis went above and beyond when my car was taking longer than intended. Luis was able to help me with the cost of my rental and something like that really goes a long way for someone like me on a small income.
