The female employee who handled our claim called us at 1430 on Friday to pick up our car, both my wife and I work to 6-7pm. She told us our insurance would not cover the cost of our rental for the weekend if we did not come pick up the car before five. This is unacceptable and your company should cover the cost of the rental with such short notice. My wife had to leave work to pick up our car. Your company gave us less than a 3 hour notice to retrieve our car, and tried to financially pressure us about the rental car reimbursement, when your facility should have coordinated with us far earlier than 1430 if our car was to be picked up that day prior to EOB. She also had a poor attitude with my wife. We would not recommend your services.
