While it’s never fun to have to deal with an auto collision, the experience with Caliber was 100% top notch. From start to finish it could not have been a better experience. We never had to chase them down as they were always several steps ahead and kept us in the loop. The quality of the work was also perfect.

the repair was fine, however it took much longer than I was told and Connie was not a reliable contact, she never called me back I understand she had problems at home but she should have made sure I was taken care of by someone else
