The repair work was fine, and that’s what really matters. However, I’m in the communications business and between the head office and the individual garage in Canton, the communication was severely lacking. It was impossible to get a straight answer on when my car would be ready. Right up to the actual pick up time, it was touch and go on whether it would actually be ready. Not great, but again the repair seems good and that’s all that really matters.

The auto generated emails were awful. They often repeated themselves and were entirely unhelpful. I phoned the shop directly to get a real status.

There were multiple paint drip spots on the car and my new wheels were marked up with some sort of black mark. I spoke to someone about the marks and they said they didn’t know what it was from. It was on all 4 wheels and was not there before bringing the car into the shop to get fixed.
