Although we had an all around great experience with customer service, I have to say, that I was disappointed to see something once I got my vehicle home. When the sun light hit the car just right, there was a very distinct visual difference where the new paint color didn't completely match the original paint color. I am aware that certain colors are harder to match than others but was kind of surprised that silver would be one of them. Other than that issue, everything went well and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

caliber collision was top notch in every aspect. i was initially given a proposed finish date, with twice weekly updates on the work. they delivered on all counts. the crew there is warm, friendly and very personable. i was sent to caliber for an insurance claim, i figured that would streamline the process, and it did. in this crazy world, it’s nice to know that there are still companies that provide excellent work and customer service.
