Ray Bahre was excellent at explaining everything going into the estimate prior to the work. But I was especially impressed with the time he took during and after the work to explain what was and wasn’t done per the estimate, and why. He and Kayla were both very professional and pleasant and the car turned out great. I am very satisfied with my experience.
