I am 100% thrilled with my work with Caliber. So incredibly professional yet so personal. I felt that they really cared about how happy I was. Everybody from reception on in was great to work with. Stephen was awesome. So professional & personable at the same time. Car came out really nice. I would highly recommend these guys. The periodic updates didn’t seem to reflect the true status of the work being completed or its completion date, so they weren’t very helpful. That said, the process was painless, and i was treated very well by every person i dealt with.

Really satisfied with the repairs, would have been a 10 if they cleaned out all the dust in the car from the repairs themselves. Thin layer of fine dust all over the interior of the car.
