The staff were very friendly. The text updates were nice. I called to check in, rather than them giving me an update. The car ended up being ready shortly after I called. The car looks great!

One complaint when I got into my car didn't realize but there was shop dust through out. Wife had on black so that was a fun talk when we arrived at the restaurant for dinner.

Being a customer as well as an employee. I’ve experience both sides of the Caliber experience. Having my vehicle repaired there, I was able to sit in the passenger seat with our customers and experience what they experience, knowing the pros and cons and certain areas that could use improvement, I can definitely apply that to improving my customers experience at our caliber collision location. Overall, I am exceedingly glad and satisfied with the service and the quality of work throughout this repair experience. After getting damage from falling tree limbs to my car, I needed a reputable, auto body repair shop and found it at Caliber Collision. The car looked new when I picked it up, with no indication it had been dented, cracked and could not have been mor pleased. I was kept up to date by the staff, the entire process was done without any stress to me! I recommend them heartily!
