Car was originally promised for 3/18 - was transported to another Calioer location done 3/22 Picked up with a warning light on which was not present at drop off - necessitating to arrange to take to a Volvo dealership to investigate and reset Both Caliper locations were understanding - but car should not have been returned to us with the warning light on

Just one teeny thing - last Friday at 9am I received one of your automated texts that you were “on track” to have my car ready by 3/31. Then just 7 hours later, I received the text that my car was ready to pick up!!! If I had known in the morning that you expected to have my car ready that day, I could have planned my day to get down there at 5 to pick it up - you could have said “it may not be ready today, but might be.” As it was I was unable to drop everything in the midst of a major grocery shopping trip to drive all the way from Torrington to pick up my car. I really was frustrated as I would have loved to have my car back for the weekend. —-But the car looks beautiful, inside and out. And I was surprised - and grateful - that you found so many hidden things to repair or replace - so thanks for an over-all good job. I am also thrilled by your warranty!

From the moment I walked into the office I felt taken care of. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional. When I picked up my car it looked brand new from the door that they fixed to the cleaning they did inside my car amazing work. The entire experience from beginning to end was quick and easy they took care of all of it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. Thank you all so much

Awesome communication.. car was detailed upon pick up which I wasn’t expecting.. getting the rental car was super easy from their location.. staff were very helpful.. hopefully I don’t need to go back again but if I do I definitely would choose this shop
