Have to bring our truck back in. Runs horrible and engine light also came on. Previous gave feedback multiple times on google review, called into local shop, called customer care in Texas. Not all calibers fault but communication could be better.

Picked it up (said it was done after a month or so, not all calibers fault tho) and took it home. At a stop sign it rolled backwards and there was a thud. Thought someone hit us which no one did. Engine light came on and wouldn’t go over 40mph. Loud screeching like noise coming from front. Caliber just had it towed to Kahlo Jeep today

Caliber Collision was a great place to have taken my damaged car. From the ladies at the front desk (I’m terrible at remembering names), the great job the technicians did on my car, and Nick, a service advisor, who kept in contact 3x/week for updating the progress on my car repairs as promised, they were all very helpful. My car was finished in a timely fashion - much sooner than the estimated time frame and looks great! They are top rate!!

Repair was delivered on the promised date but there were some issues with the fit of the hood (panel gaps) and the paint finish (minor inclusion and a rough patch on the edge of the hood). After showing this to our rep it was taken care of in a couple of days.

Caliber does an excellent job…they keep you informed on the status of your automobile, arrange for an Enterprise rental car to bring you a car, and they finish the repairs as promised. I would recommend Caliber in Carmel to anyone! Excellent office staff also.
