Samantha was always very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was thorough. I was a little frustrated that it took 2+ weeks for my car to be completed. They had ordered the incorrect part, which also cost me more money due to my rental car.

Once they got to the repair it went reasonably well. However, my car was there for a full week before it even got started on. I think much of the communication problem was because my car was left right in the middle of the Abra and Caliber merger. The phone system was not working correctly so nearly impossible to get information. Randy was good and helpful so redeemed.

I made an appointment for monday specifying car repair and not an estimate. They could not get to my car until friday afternoon right before they close and i did not get notification until then. I did not even know approximately when my car was ready until I called in several times, first they promised Tuesday then Friday. Due to short notice I had no time to pick my car up before they closed for the weekend. All in all, I did not have my car for a full week and it was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient nent. I will not be coming here again but please for the sake of your other customers maintain an organized schedule that you can actually stick to.
