A++. They called me at 5:30 PM stating my car was finished and that they were getting ready to close. They would not open again until Monday and I asked if I could come and pick up that I was only a few minutes away. They went out of their way to stay and wait for me to come in and pick up Friday evening. After not having my vehicle for a month, I really wanted to get back in my own car and did not want to wait another full weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The worst experience ever. They installed a broken, non-original bumper. They painted it a different color than the car. They fixed the wheel, even though I insisted on a new one. Now the car pulls to the left and swerves at speed.
