I asked to level out my bumper at final check out on a Friday. I thought it would have been checked before final check out. On Monday The bumper was better but not fully correct. I was told that was the best it could be. I was hoping for a better result after I pointed out the problem. Maybe too picky,

I’m not sure there could have been a better experience starting with the friendly welcome at the check-in counter to the attentive Tylor Blake, my service advisor. Their explanations were thorough; their update communications were very much appreciated and helpful; their willingness to stay open on a Friday night so I could turn in my rental and pick up my now pristine car made me one happy customer. Their motto states that their customers’ satisfaction isn’t just a goal, it’s what drives them. I found that to be absolutely true. I’ve used this shop several times in the past and ALWAYS have had a great experience. Theirs is an unbroken record of this client’s complete customer satisfaction. By the way, while it was dark when I pick up my car, once home showed that it had been repaired to factory satisfaction. AND they washed my car before giving it back to me.

This was my first time using Caliber Collision, though my wife had used them a few years ago. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who did my appraisal was excellent. Great service all around!
