This location has always been our go-to for repairs. Web had 3 accidents since 2/22, and where none were our fault. Caliber handled everything for us through to "at fault" party's insurance and does the best work!! Their attention to detail beyond the repair, detailing the vehicle, inside and out, is just one of many examples of why we'll always recommend them for any body work needed!

Unfortunately it is all too common today for businesses to over promise and under delivery. Caliber Collusion is just another example. Although the repair work appears satisfactory, the length of time they held on to our car, included making excuses for missed completion dates was extremely frustration. Calls to the office were never answered satisfactorily and getting real answers to even basic questions was exhausting. I would not recommend Caliber Collision.

The service was above and beyond! Got a status message every day! The two women in the office were very helpful. Very patient.with me as I’ve never had a car insurance claim or accident and did not know what to expect! Car looks like new. Clean, filled with gas and was the best part of needing care after a fender bender!!
