Prior to Cailber, I called 2 and visited one other shops approved by my insurance. I took a chance on Caliber because they were able to take the time to inspect my Lexus and took the time to answer my questions. Caliber has wonderful staff. Dan and Jennifer are very friendly and respectful. They paid attention to the details of the damage. They communicated everything they planned to do, kept me up to date during the repairs, and delivered the finished Lexus RX almost like a new car.. They went above my expectations by delivering sooner than expected, given the current situation. The car was cleaned and everything seemed to be repaired as expected. They even repaired a few other minor items that weren’t originally on the estimate. I would definitely recommend and go back to Cailiber for future repairs. One thing I wish they did was to include a small vile of touch up paint, but it’s not a big deal as they repaired the car to my satisfaction.
