Can tell that there was previous damage around the impacted area still. Not very blatant but is noticeable.

Asked for calls from my repair technician multiple times for updates when the return date was delayed. One instance I got a call back, the next time the repair was delayed I did not receive a call back. Front desk attendant was great though.

Steven was wonderful and gave me a reasonable timeline for repairs on my Prius. Not only did he explain what the repairs would consist of he also updated me throughout the process. Insurance has set up a car rental but Caliber Collision took care of contacting Enterprise for me. It was stress free and such an easy process. This is exactly what you want when you are in an auto accident needing repairs. You don't want to have to worry or do any extras steps. They have you covered here and also do quality work! My Prius looks amazing. Thank you! Also shout out to the front office ladies who were also wonderful. 5 stars!
