They were excellent. Administrative Assistant Nicole D made the process easy and really took charge of everything. She explained the process and even got my rental set up and made a call to them when it was late arriving. She is a great example of the professional nature of the shop

I was told there would be somebody from the rental car company to pick me up at 7:30. When I got there, the schedule said 12:45. They got somebody there quickly, but it ended up wasting about 20 minutes.
