I went in to get my 2026 Toyota Corolla LE repaired after getting rear ended on the freeway. Noe was my service advisor for the Caliber Collision in Carson, CA, he had a great personality, walked me through the initial estimating process, and kept me updated along the way to my car’s completion of repair. I had a great experience at this repair location and would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Hey there, this is my first time writing a review for this type of service and I can say I had a great experience at their Carson, CA location. I brought my car to Caliber Collision after I was rear-ended on the freeway. The amount of rear end damage on my car was quite substantial, and they repaired everything with brand new parts. They also did a great job repainting the new parts to match my original car color which is great. I had no complaints, Noe was my service advisor for this location. He was great at communicating with me back and forth, and they also completed my car a week earlier than expected. Great job in my opinion.

Noe Espinosa was my rep and point of contact during my time at Caliber Collision. He did a great job in communicating with me with updates and if I had any questions I was able to call him. He also explained what internal damages that my car had in simple terms and what he can do to fix it. I appreciate that especially as a car owner. I had a great experience! I really appreciated the excellent service. I didn't expect the process to be so quick, and I hardly had to wait at all. The team at caliber collision went above and beyond! You can tell everyone there takes pride in their work and always has a kind and professional demeanor. Communication was great and allowed for me to properly plan transportation, although their repairs were done so quick!
