The team that worked on my car was very negligent and should not be handling anybody’s car. I highly value my car for them to treat it the way they did.

I picked up my vehicle and at the Carson caliber body shop and I am very unsatisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I had to take back twice for them to fix the issues and now they dirty the interior of my car. The seats are dirty, the center console is dirty and has a huge dark burnt stain, the rear trunk cover is dirty and covered in paint residue, they did a lazy wipe down on the cabin with some oily wipes. I have given caliber multiple times to get it right and every time something else is wrong. I contacted my insurance and told that I would like to get a 2nd opinion and take to a different body shop.
