I was hesitant to bring my car here at first, but once I walked in and was greeted warmly by the super friendly lady at the front desk I know I had judged too soon. She expertly explained everything (since I had never been through this before) and had me outta there in no time! Jairo was just as friendly and professional, if not moreso! He kept me posted every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about insurance policies! They all did an amazing job! My car never looked better! I'll definitely be recommending this place, and ask for Jairo!

I was very satisfied with the level of customer service. I received a caliber collision from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by a very warm and kind Voice at the reception desk who was very patient with me when I sign for the work I was given a very professional packet about what would happen with my car as far as the cost and the date I could expect it back they exceeded all my expectations. My car was beautifully repaired. It looked brand new as well as washed and shine inside and out. I would hope that no one gets into an accident with damages, but if you do caliber collision is the place to take your vehicle and to trust that you will be treated with respect as well, professional professionalism. I can’t thank them enough.

My interaction was beggining to end was amazing! The front desk service was top tier. Everything was quick and easy. Jairo was very attentive to my needs and concerns about my car. The consistent updates about my car repairs removed all stresses. That fact that it was finished early was fantastic! It was returned clean and smelled really good!
