Over all experience and repair work was good. We need to go back to get the trunk adjusted and a complete detail cleaning due to some interior stains that were not there upon drop off.. But the people and service was over all great.. We trust caliber collision with any vehicle we take to them for repairs. Thanks caliber collision!

Everyone was nice and courteous. But, after having my car for more than a week no one had bothered to look at the warning on the dash LCD that indicated the sensor that was replaced needed calibrating. Given that lack of thoroughness, I am tempted to wonder whether the original sensor even needed replacing. That being said, I do appreciate the work of the staff and manager and getting the car back to me as soon as the problem was identified.
