My experience with Caliber Collision was wonderful. From the minute we walked in, to the minute we picked up the car and left. We visited other places prior to Caliber Collison but they didnât convince us. As soon as we drove into Caliber Collision, we knew it was a very professional place. When we walked in, the staff was very friendly. Our service advisor, Jose Rosales was great. He even offered to take us for a tour of the facility. He spoke Spanish, which was very convenient for us, since my dad can communicate better is Spanish. He explained the whole process to us and assured that they would do a good job and they sure did. Jose Rosales kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. When I dropped off my car, he arraigned to have me dropped off at work by one of the driver, I believe his name is Dave, who was also very polite and friendly. My car was ready earlier than I expected, within days. Overall, my dad and I are very satisfied with the results and the customer service Jose Rosales and the staff provided, that really makes a huge difference and it matters to us very much. Thank you!
